isthisthing.online) → Add workflow. - Copy the generated webhook URL.
Option B: Connectors (legacy)
- Open Teams → target channel → ⋯ → Connectors.
- Find Incoming Webhook → Configure.
- Name it, optionally add an icon → Create → copy the URL.
2. Add the integration
- Navigate to Integrations → New Integration.
- Select Microsoft Teams.
- Fill in:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Name | e.g. Teams #incidents |
| Webhook URL | The URL from step 1 |
- Enable trigger events and click Save.
3. Test
Click the Test icon. An Adaptive Card (or Message Card for legacy connectors) should appear in the Teams channel.
Message format
Messages are delivered as Adaptive Cards and contain:
- Incident title and description
- Event type and status
- Monitor name and workspace
- Timestamps (started, resolved)
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
404 or 400 | The connector was removed or the URL expired. Recreate the webhook. |
| Message appears but formatting is broken | Ensure you are using the Workflows webhook URL, not the legacy connector URL. |
